Thomas has been a principal and Chief Financial Officer of a successful real estate Company for the past 16 years. He has led the management and profitable operations of the Company and commercial properties in its portfolio. Thomas has extensive experience in the management of commercial real estate properties and, in the due diligence and financing of property acquisitions and dispositions.

Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career as a staff accountant in the public accounting field. He has performed and supervised audits and reviews of Companies in various industries. He also has extensive knowledge of accounting control systems, financial statement preparation and tax planning and reporting.

Thomas earned a B.S. in Business Administration from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Thomas is fluent in Spanish and enjoys the outdoors and playing golf.
